FRAME PRESS

FLOOR BEAMS based repair system for chassis straightening of heavy vehicles.

Press (with hydraulic cylinder) pull towers with 25 tons press capacity.

Mounted on wheels design makes them easy to move. Counterstay tower is non-cylinder press.

The system is complemented with big ranges of special accessory equipment and training program.

CAB BENCH

Equipment for efficiently straightening and repairing damaged truck cabs.

cab bench comprises a sturdy base securely anchored to beams embedded in the workshop floor, ensuring stability during operation. Thanks to its adaptable jig fixtures, even severely damaged cabs can be effortlessly mounted for repair. Using hydraulic mechanisms, the base of the cab can then be adjusted, pushed, and pulled into its precise position, facilitating efficient and accurate restoration work.

Adapter sets are available for different cab models manufactured by MERCEDES, MAN, IVECO, RENAULT, SCANIA, VOLVO, DAF, FORD and HINO are available upon request.

CAB TOWER

cab tower is the choice for cab, coach and other heavy and high reach body repair

Two alternative solutions for your repair workshop: Floor anchoring or I-beam attachment.

Installing the floor anchoring for your workshop is a breeze, ensuring a secure fix for the cab tower. The cab tower is attached using a bolt in the front and chain expanders in the rear. When the expanders aren't in use, you can easily cover them up with a protective cover.

C-CLAMP

Ranged from 10, 20, to 40 tons. Used for straightening and riveting of truck frames.

The hydraulic clamps are adapted to access local deformities for easy straightening.

The larger clamps equipped with a lifting device provides riveting capabilities.

With a formidable press force of 20 tons and a lift height spanning from 555 to 1310 mm, our vertical presses deliver the power and versatility needed to tackle a wide range of straightening challenges effectively
